The merchant needs to submit application information to NewPay merchant platform.

NewPay merchant platform administrator create API network virtual merchant for merchant based on the application information submitted by merchant.

The developer center creates an API Information for the API network virtual merchant and sends it to the merchant.

3. API Information

NAME	DESCRIPTION
appId	Application ID for the merchant application
merchantId	Merchant ID
privateKey	The private secret key that digitally sign request parameters
publicKey	The public secret key that validates the digital signature on the response message
